Full-Time Operations Manager
Job Description
Immediate opening at Plaza high-rise apartment community for individual to manage maintenance of apartment high-rise properties. Must be detail oriented, organized and willing to take charge of maintenance functions that include ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, performing punch-out lists, and supervision and planning of work lists and projects. Must be familiar with construction trades and overall building maintenance requirements and able to maintain a service oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude.
