Position Title: Office Manager: Priestly Vocations
Position Summary:
This position will oversee and manage office policies and procedures with individual attention to and support of Diocesan Seminarians. This is a full-time, exempt position based upon a schedule of 40 hours per week, and is eligible for health and welfare benefits, paid time off, and participation in a defined benefit retirement plan. This position is located at the Chancery.
Essential Duties:
• Plan and coordinate special events.
• Process immigration and compliance documents.
• Manage income and expenses of Priestly Vocations Office.
• Maintain and update office policy and procedure documents.
• Maintain Priestly Vocations Office website.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain confidential records and information.
• Handle and organize competing priorities.
• Build collaborative relationships.
Qualifications:
Required:
o Three or more years’ experience working in areas such as:
Immigration processes.
Planning special events.
Handling confidential information.
o Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
o Practicing Catholic, with some experience serving in the Church.
o Bi-lingual – Spanish.
